DELIVERY

All products shall be shipped directly from the Company or the Company's suppliers to the address stated by you in writing.

Delivery shall be considered made when the product has been handed over at the address.

The risk regarding the product shall pass to you at the delivery.

DELAY

Delivery of the product shall if possible be made no later than 10-20 days after the order is placed. Delivery shall, however, only be considered delayed if delivery has not been made within three weeks after the order was placed and you have informed the Company in writing, that you have not received the product.

If the products has not been delivered within the period of three weeks, the Company shall, on your request, be obliged to refund any amounts paid by you immediately and no later than 30 days after the date when, according to your claim.
